The International day of persons with disability celebrated by meeting members

On December 3th 2017, the Association of visually impaired citizens of Tuzla organized meeting for interested members regarding to the International day of persons with disability. Despite of bad weather, more than twenty members of a different age came. Persons who don't have opportunity to meet often, enjoyed and had coffee. Participants formed a small groups and talked to each other.

Interest for such kind of activities shows that we should organize them in future. All what we need is smile and good humor.

Audio darts promotion on Christmas bazar in German Embassy in Sarajevo

German Embassy in Sarajevo every year organizes Christmas bazar at the beginning of December. The money earned by selling of products made by Embassy's staff are used in humanitarian purpose. Other programs of a different character are also part of the event.

This year, their guests were tvisually impaired children and youth, members of the Association of visually impaired citizens of Tuzla. Embassy donated audio darts to the Association within the development of sports for persons with disability.

Results of research about violence against children presented in Tuzla

Results of research situation of vioeance against children in Tuzla City, conducted within the project Increasing capacities of NEVAC network members for monitoring vioeance against children in Bosnia and herzegovina were presented in Primary school Miladije on December 1th 2017. NEVAC network gathers more than 30 organizations which in a different ways work in the field of violence against children. The project is implemented under umbrella of UNICEF and coordination for eleven includid organization realized NGO Zdravo da ste from Banja Luka.
